Dr. Rachel Mitrani is a graduate of Brandeis University, where she earned her B.S. degree in Biology. Dr. Mitrani earned her D.D.S. degree at New York University College of Dentistry. She completed a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, where she gained experience in all aspects of dentistry. It was during this year that she discovered an interest in Endodontics, the specialty of dentistry focused on treating diseases of the dental nerve and root. Dr. Mitrani furthered her education by enrolling at Temple University School of Dental Medicine, the nation’s first graduate program in endodontology, where she earned her specialty certification.
Dr. Mitrani’s main goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere while at the same time changing her patients’ perceptions about root canal treatment. She regularly attends CE lectures to keep current with the latest knowledge and advancements in her specialty. Dr. Mitrani is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists.
