Dr. Richard Leiman

Dr. Richard Leiman is honored to follow in his father and grandfather’s footsteps as a 3rd generation dentist and NYU College of Dentistry graduate. Since graduating from Dental school in 1984, he has been committed to continued education throughout his career. He attained his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1992. Having the additional degree requires 500 hours of continuing education in various disciplines, learning the latest in cutting edge technology, and passing a rigorous exam. Only 7% of general dentists receive this honor. Even after achieving this goal, a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education per year must be maintained, which allows Dr. Leiman to continue to offer patients the latest in dental care. To date, Dr. Leiman has accomplished over 1,000 hours of continuing education.
Dr. Leiman’s approach to dentistry is to ensure all his patients are comfortable. He has a conservative and simplified approach to procedures that allows patients to remain at ease throughout all of their dental visits. In addition, Dr. Leiman is approachable for questions and concerns and also has a warm and friendly rapport.
Dr. Leiman has been happily married to his loving wife, Susan for 30 years and have four amazing children.
