Major League Baseball is Back

Last week, Major League Baseball announced their plan to play a proposed 60-game regular season that is anticipated to begin on July 23rd or 24th this year.  This announcement comes after the Spring Training Camps were shut down due to the Coronavirus Pandemic in March of this year.

According to the MLB, players will undergo COVID-19 testing and begin training camp if testing negative for the virus that has shuttered the nation. Players, coaches, and support staff will also be tested every other day during training camps and throughout the regular and postseason.

Fans are excited to have sports back on television, despite not being able to attend games in-person. For Dental365, this means that planned signage will be featured on televised games throughout the season in both Yankee Stadium and Citi Field.

“A lot of people are excited to get baseball back on the screen,” says Dr. Scott Asnis, Founder and CEO of Dental365, “after months of staying home, it is nice to be able to get a little normalcy back into our lives, even if it isn’t quite the same as years past.”
