Premier Care Dental Management (PCDM), the parent organization of Dental365 and Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry, today announced the promotion of Brian Musolin to Chief Strategy, Analytics & AI Officer, a newly created executive role. Musolin reports to Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Scott Asnis.
Technology is changing dentistry quickly, and PCDM has spent years building the foundation to move with it. The new role puts dedicated executive accountability behind that commitment: keeping the company current and bringing automated workflows into production.

Musolin currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Analytics, where he leads enterprise planning, forecasting, management reporting, capital allocation analysis, and business intelligence. In the new role, he retains that scope and adds ownership of the design and implementation of AI and automation across the PCDM platform’s business and operational workflows, turning new technology from software into production capability that shows up in how the company plans, operates, and grows. He will partner closely with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Business Development, and teams across the organization.
